    A structured induction plan is drawn up in advance for the first few months. This always consists of a general part, in which the essential contents of AURA (structural and procedural organisation, product range, core processes) are trained, and a position-specific part, which is trained internally or externally, depending on previous training. There are also meetings with each department to quickly understand which departments have which tasks.

    We are a family-owned company and operate as one big family with very flat hierarchies. We are voluntarily bound by collective agreements and are subject to the metalworkers’ collective agreement, and we offer the metalworkers’ pension as a company pension scheme. In addition, all employees receive free water, coffee and fruit. It is also possible to rent bicycles from Business Bike.
