A structured induction plan is drawn up in advance for the first few months. This always consists of a general part, in which the essential contents of AURA (structural and procedural organisation, product range, core processes) are trained, and a position-specific part, which is trained internally or externally, depending on previous training. There are also meetings with each department to quickly understand which departments have which tasks.
We are a family-owned company and operate as one big family with very flat hierarchies. We are voluntarily bound by collective agreements and are subject to the metalworkers’ collective agreement, and we offer the metalworkers’ pension as a company pension scheme. In addition, all employees receive free water, coffee and fruit. It is also possible to rent bicycles from Business Bike.
We are easy to reach by car via the B9 or B35. We have plenty of free parking. The train station is a 20 minute walk away. We have covered parking for bicycles.
The standard working week is 35 hours. However, depending on the position, this can be individually agreed up to 40 hours/week. Overtime is accumulated on working time accounts and does not expire.
Unfortunately not. However, there is a supermarket with a bakery and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Delivery services are also popular.
