AURA thermal oil heating systems guarantee particularly high efficiency, are easy to operate and are especially protected against wear. The special feature of thermal oil compared to steam and water is the low pressure even at higher temperatures. Thermal oil can be heated up to 430°C. In addition, AURA thermal oil heating systems are characterised by a thermal oil flooded reversing plate that connects the inner and outer coils. This allows the thermal oil to flow through the channels in the rear wall of the boiler and to cool it down. This ensures a long system life compared to concrete back walls. Heated thermal oil systems from AURA are therefore practically maintenance-free. In addition, the use of thermal oil ensures that damage from corrosion or freezing is eliminated.

AURA water bath heaters are fully automatic heating systems, specially designed for heat treatment in the expansion of natural gas and heating of crude oil. In addition, the water bath heaters are also suitable for outdoor use and are fully weatherproof. Due to the special high pressure tank, AURA water bath heaters are compact and can be easily integrated into your industrial systems.

In addition, the AURA thermal oil heating systems are characterized by a cooled insert for a drastically extended durability of the materials. Heated thermal oil systems from AURA are therefore practically maintenance-free. In addition, the use of thermal oil ensures that damage from corrosion or freezing is eliminated.

All AURA systems are individually designed and customized for specific requirements in a close and cooperative process with our customers.
Our water bath heaters are used at gas reduction stations where the pressure and quality level of gas coming from a pipeline is regulated and adjusted before it is injected into a distribution network. Through our heaters, the cooling of the gas is raised to the desired temperature by means of expansion. Our units can be both fired and electrically heated.
