Installation
Mechanical installation is generally carried out by the operator or by an appointed installation company. AURA supports you in this process through installation supervision and consulting, and inspects the installation of your system before commissioning. For example, our specialists are available for technical questions, checking interfaces and ensuring proper implementation in accordance with the system documentation.

Commissioning

Recurring inspections and safety checks
Depending on their design, medium, pressure, temperature and operating conditions, process heat systems are subject to different inspection requirements. Operators are generally required to regularly inspect systems that require monitoring to ensure their safe condition in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. We professionally check the system components for you, document the results and provide information on required measures.
Depending on the system, inspections may need to be carried out by qualified personnel or by an accredited inspection body in accordance with relevant local regulations. AURA supports you in coordinating with inspection bodies, as well as in the technical preparation and execution of inspections, and accompanies the process in line with the applicable requirements.
Oil analysis
If your system uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, it is generally recommended to check the suitability of the oil at regular intervals. Aging, thermal stress, contamination or chemical changes can significantly affect the performance and efficiency of the system. AURA carries out oil analyses and evaluates the condition of the thermal oil used in the context of the system. On this basis, maintenance measures and optimizations can be derived in a targeted manner.
