Spare parts

Quickly available, clearly identified, reliably delivered

AURA systems are used under the most challenging and adverse operating conditions. Durability and reliability are of essential importance for production. That is why we provide a fast and straightforward spare parts service for every part of our systems.

Our systems are individually designed for the respective production process. Output, temperature, heat transfer medium, control technology, safety requirements and many other factors vary from project to project. Accordingly, the spare parts required are just as individual.

Our spare parts team supports you in obtaining the correct spare parts for your AURA system quickly and smoothly. Our goal is to make your system safely and reliably available again with the shortest possible interruption.

What information we need for your spare parts request

The more technical information you include in your request, the smoother the processing will be.

We always need the AURA commission number of the AURA system in order to identify the required spare parts with 100% accuracy. In addition, a photo of the nameplate and the exact designation of the required spare part, including quantity, installation location and a contact person for any follow-up questions, are helpful.

Structured spare parts management for system availability

Professional spare parts management does not only begin when a component fails. Since AURA systems are individually designed, many components are also selected and configured specifically for each system. This means that not every spare part is available at short notice. Depending on the technical design, specifications, certifications, manufacturer availability and supply chain, procurement times of several weeks may arise. We therefore recommend that operators of AURA systems do not view spare parts requirements solely reactively. A strategy in which critical components are identified at an early stage and kept in stock is advisable.

Why keeping your own stock makes sense: By maintaining your own inventory of critical system components, you reduce your dependence. In the event of a malfunction, you can respond within a very short time and avoid high costs caused by downtime.

Which spare parts should sensibly be kept in stock always depends on the specific AURA system and your operating conditions. The goal is not to store as many spare parts as possible, but to have the most critical components available. On request, we support you in systematically determining your spare parts requirements and minimizing the risk of unplanned failures in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions about Spare Parts

Yes. In many cases, the spare part should still be available for older systems. If not, we will be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives. Send us the information mentioned above and let us check whether the appropriate spare part is available.

AURA systems are designed individually for the respective process. This means that components, materials, connection dimensions, electrical designs and technical specifications differ from project to project. Creating a spare parts catalog is therefore not feasible. We will be happy to prepare an individual spare parts list for your AURA system.

Our AURA commission number, a photo of the nameplate and the exact designation of the required spare part, including quantity, installation location and a contact person for any follow-up questions, are particularly helpful. Even if not all information is available, you can send us your request. We will check which data is still required for clear identification and request it from you specifically.

Yes, we will be happy to discuss your production conditions, your system and the conditions on site with you and create a suitable spare parts strategy for you, taking into account downtime-critical parts, typical maintenance and wear parts, and procurement times.

AURA can check spare parts in the context of the original system design, documentation and technical specification. This reduces the risk of incorrect orders and makes coordination easier for individual systems.

Send us the AURA commission number, photos of the component, the installation situation and the nameplate of the system. Additional information about the function of the component or the error message is helpful. On this basis, we will check which further information is required for identification.
